Through my own experience, I found that becoming a mother can be wonderful and incredible, yet at the same time hard, tiring, and very emotional.

After my first birth, I suffered from postnatal depression. During those first three months of motherhood, I felt lost and overwhelmed.

Our postpartum body, our hormones, and our emotional space all play a role in how we feel. It's important to nurture ourselves so we can care for both ourselves and our new born, stepping into motherhood feeling empowered.

Let me support you in reconnecting with your emotional space and guiding you towards a empowered, joyful motherhood journey. I can help you recharge, feel grounded, and equip you with practical tools that support you in everyday life.
